When you place an order with us you will find it safe, easy, and fast. You can make changes and review what you have entered nearly every step of the way. Available 24 hours a day. In addition, you can track the processing and shipping of your order through a link that is emailed to you after the order is placed.
We take steps to prevent items from being oversold however occasionally an item may be sold out. All backorder items will be shipped, as we receive them, therefore some items ordered together may be shipped separately. We will contact you if any of your items are backordered in the event changes are needed to proceed with the order. Sales Taxes will only be applied to all deliveries made within the state of Washington.
We offer a flat rate shipping of $7.95 within the the contiguous 48 United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Most orders ship via USPS Priority larger items may ship via UPS.
International shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and will be automatically calculated before you check out, so you'll know exactly how much you'll be paying before finalizing your order. Prices are set by the carrier, and you'll see all of the shipping options listed in the shopping cart when you are ready to check out. You can input your city and country and you'll see a shipping estimator. Remember, all international shipments do not include import and customs tax that you may incur once the package arrives in your country.
Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.
Order Status and Tracking
We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours. After your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item. All returned items must be in new, sealed and unused condition, in the original box and with all paperwork to insure full credit for up to 15 days from the date of delivery for store credit. "New and used" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, or the box. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Please Note: All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance cost. Returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
Damaged or Defective Items
All products sold by Monolier are inspected carefully. If you received a damaged or defective item, we will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner, if possible. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery for a return instructions. Please include your order number and the item. If an item is damaged and out of stock we will offer a full refund.
